This album is far better and consistent than 13. It is probably my favorite next to Parklife. A great debut!

This album is not as great as 13, but it's a very close second

blur is a great choice 5 by .. ()
blur a band from england is all about the pop scene. there an awesome band with great songs and great albums. She's so high, and tracy jacks are just two of th songs that make this album so succesful. Check out leisure and there other albums i think you'll enjoy them.

Good first step for a band destined for even better things 4 by .. ()
Critics generally blast Leisure as a Manchester poser album, but I found this album a satisfying listen. Leisure does possess the tentative songwriting of a band recording their first album and just starting to find itself, but Blur's trademark sense of hooks and tunefulness are apparent even here. Listening to There's No Other Way, She's So High, and I Know shows you how great Blur was destined to become. If I were you, buy the American version over the Import version so that you will have I Know, then buy the Trainspotting soundtrack for the track Sing. Either way, Leisure should be a definite part of the Blur fan's collection.
