This basketball game is really good. The graphics and sound is okay for the Gameboy. The gameplay is almost identical to NBA Jam '99 but this game has better features. If you like the fastpace and excitement of arcade action then there is no reason not to get this game. If you want a true simulation of the sport of basketball then you must get this game instead: NBA 3 On 3 Featuring Kobe Bryant!

This basketball game is the best game I have played on the Game Boy Color. It has great graphics and the music is cool! If you like arcade basketball action then you must get this game. It's really fun to play. I think it is the best in the series of arcade basketball games on the Game Boy.

The game is really exciting and fun to play. Gameplay is very similar to the NBA Jam series with all the crazy dunks and moves. It has over 100 real NBA players and more than 30 different dunks that players can do. The music is good and the graphics of this game is really nice. The courts look great and the players are big. You can easily tell who has the ball in this game because the ball is also big. It takes a while to get used to the control at first, but once you've mastered it you can do all the whacky moves on the court. The animations are fluid and extremely well-done, considering this game is played on a very small screen. As far as options go you have the ability to turn off the music, sound effects, set quarter time, and select CPU difficulty. There are four modes of gameplay to choose from: Practice, Exhibition, Season, and Playoffs. As always, making three shots in a row will set your team on FIRE! I recommend this game for those who like arcade basketball action.
