Description
In the early 1900’s a club footed Indian named Queho walked into a grocery store on Fremont Street in Las Vegas and purchased a can of peaches. He paid with a solid gold coin, thought to be from a mail robbery many years before. The clerk was shocked. This was downtown Las Vegas, and one of the greatest bandits ever was buying a can of peaches. Queho later died in a remote mountain range, and that gold coin was the only part of the mail carrier’s shipment of gold that was ever recovered. Join host and treasure hunter, Joanna Skye, as she travels to the City of Sin to hunt down the legend of the Renegade Indian. She talks to a local historian for facts, and chats with a local resident who gives her a treasure map to the lost home of Queho. Now all she has to do is avoid Queho’s fate as the temperatures climb to 130 degrees.
